Serafina lived some ways in the mountains, on the edge of a small mining town that specialized in crystal trading. After years of trading, polishing, and jewelry-making at home, she decided to follow her mother\'s footsteps and become a merchant herself.

She never strayed too far from home on her travels, particularly because witches far and wide had a much rarer and popular commidity within the Duchy: enchanted crystals. Her natural crystals were charming, but they were never charmed. As such she had much more success selling her jewelry in small human towns, like that of Löffel.
