Although Araceli lived at the inn (in the family quarters, of course), she spent most of her days dusting off and reorganizing the shelves at the library. For Löffel, the library was a formality more than anything, a place where only the most curious, misanthropic, or bored residents frequented. Over its years, Araceli and her predecessors amassed collection of books from those willing to donate in town, of old tomes purchased by the absentee mayor in larger and more impressive towns, and of books lent to Araceli over the years which she carefully "forgot" to return to their original owners.

She kept her favorites in the small study at the inn, where per their weekly ritual, Araceli and her niece spent a quiet day together reading and writing, which, honestly, wasn't too much different than what she did every day anyway.
